Ghana Rubber Estates Limited is located in the Western Region of Ghana, about 35 km from Takoradi along the Axim Road. It is the largest and only rubber plantation in Western Region and the only natural rubber producer in Ghana.
GREL is headquartered in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana, precisely at 49/11 Nzema Road, Harbour Business Area. The headquarters houses the Administration, Commercial, Information and Quality Systems, and Accounts Departments of the company. The operations office is located at Abura-Ahanta where the field activities are controlled and monitored.
The factory is located at Apimenim, in the Ahanta West District of Ghana where the cuplumps are processed into finished goods called crumb rubber.
Currently the company has 13,093 hectares of land planted with rubber. A total of 9,555 hectares are under tapping.
